RETURN POLICY
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, an exchange or refund.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging with labels attached.

Return process
To return an item, please email us by clicking on the button located at the bottom of this page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, the fulfilled return form and mail it to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and any loss during transport. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your returned item.

Refunds
After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition of it, we will process your request for a store credit, an exchange or full refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit, exchange or full refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
For damaged products that are brand new and in unused condition, in their original packaging with labels attached, please email us by clicking on the button located at the bottom of this page to arrange a store credit, an exchange or a refund.
